This thesis analyzes "Russia Conducts Military Attacks on Ukraine on 2022 In Perspective of Constructivism”. The objectives to be achieved from this research are to know and understand the reasons from Russia carry out a military invasion of Ukraine in 2022 according to the Constructivism view. In explaining the reasons or goals of Russia, the writer uses Constructivism theory which states that identity is a representation of actors' understanding of who they are, which in turn signals their interest. Identification of their identity (states) is very important because identity determines interests and actions to be carried out by states. This research uses the method qualitative descriptive research and data collection through literature review or literature review. This study found that Reason Russia carrying out a military attack on Ukraine in 2022 is to defend Russian identity and protect ethnic Russians who are in Ukraine.
